How do I choose the right size?
Measure two points. Neck: around the neck, where the collar sits, leaving room for two fingers. Chest: the widest part, just behind the front legs. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
How long does shipping take?
In Spain, 2 to 4 business days. To the rest of the EU, 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with tags attached. Please write to us with your order number to initiate a return.
Can I buy the parts separately?
Yes. We sell the complete set, and also the harness, leash, and poop bag dispenser separately.
