How do I choose the right size?

Measure two points. Neck: around the neck where the collar sits, leaving room for two fingers. Chest: the widest part, just behind the front legs. If between sizes, choose the larger size.

How long does shipping take?

In Spain, 2 to 4 business days. To the rest of the EU, 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with tags attached. Please write to us with your order number to initiate a return.

Can I buy the parts separately?

Yes. We sell the complete set, and also the harness, leash, and poop bag dispenser separately.

How do I clean the products?

With a damp cloth, drying immediately. Avoid submerging them in water. With this care, they will maintain their appearance for a long time.

Are they comfortable for the dog?

The ergonomic design distributes pressure evenly and prevents pressure points on the neck and chest. The inner padding and adjustability do the rest.
